Greetings friends! My name is Jaclyn from Henry Ford Health in Detroit. I am new in my role and had a question for this group re: “Site” management. Our organization is expanding and we are increasing out “jointventures” with other organizations. Some of the urgent care centers we are partnering with, will be following some of our system-wide policies, while also maintaining some oftheir own policies. What are other organizations doing in these circumstances, when it is not ideal to create multiple new “sites” for each joint venture? I look forward to your feedback and discussion. New PolicyStat Admin - Seeking advice on managing "Joint Ventures" w/in organization
Hello Jaclyn I’ve attached our Framework as we too have multi sites which we manage. Our policy structure is based on a hierarchy - Level 1 = Organisational, Level 2 Organisational Site Specific, Level 3 Site Specific.
